Performance Bond: 2% of total invoice value

Insurance: 110% of the invoice value at sellers cost

Procedures:
1- Buyer sends LOI/ICPO in official letterhead, with signature and stamp. LOI/BCL must be in PDF format,
and MUST CONTAIN FULL BANKING DETAILS OF THE BUYER COMPANY. SOFT PROBE
PERMISSION MUST BE ALLOWED.
2- Seller Sends FCO for buyer approval. Buyer eventually returns it confirmed to the seller.
3- Seller Issues Draft Contract to be signed by the buyer
4- Seller sends Hard Copies.
5- Buyer opens Non-Operative LC for the seller. Buyer opens Non-Operative LC for the seller.

6- Sellers bank will post 2% PB and POP to active the LC.
7- Shipments concludes as per contract Copy Contract (4 Copies) to be signed by the buyer. Note: we wont answer to LOI/CPO without official buyer letterhead, signature and stamp. Also, LOI?ICPO
without full banking details of buyer and without SOFT PROBE ALLOWED permission has no value for us
and wont be considered serious by us.
